Open spaces are the simplest meeting format that could possibly work. Each open space will be assigned a topic, and the discussion will have a hard limit of 25 minutes. Each 25-minute window will have multiple open spaces for you to attend. You can stay in one, you can bounce around, it’s entirely up to you.
Agenda:
3:00 – 3:15 = Open spaces ground rules, brainstorm topics, assign to break rooms
3:15 – 3:40 = Breakout Session 1
3:40 – 3:50 = Break
3:50 – 4:15 = Breakout Session 2
4:15 – 4:45 = Breakout Session 3
4:45 – 5:00 = Recap, close
