So join us this month as Nick Moseley from Microsoft gives us the run down on what’s new and awesome with the next release of Windows 10. We’ll meet at our normal spot at the Microsoft office in DTC. See you there!

Do you consider yourself a PowerShell expert? Do you consider yourself a PowerShell newbie? All are welcome at our inaugural PowerShell competition. There are no wrong answers – but some answers are better than others and might just win you a prize.
Hold up… did we just say “Prize”?!
That’s right. Keep reading for more details!
Join Nathan Ziehnert, Senior Lead Consultant at Catapult Systems as he moderates a PowerShell competition consisting of three parts. You may compete as teams or as individuals.
Winners will be picked based on creativity and length of the solution at the discretion of the moderator, but everyone will get pizza and beer (sponsored by Catapult Systems).

As with most meetings we’ll be at the Microsoft office in DTC:
Microsoft Technology Center in DTC
7595 Technology Way, Suite 400
Denver, CO 80237
Thanks to our September sponsor:
With all the storms we’ve had lately in Denver it seems to have spawned our own perfect storm among the MEMUG leadership team. A vacation, a business trip, and a baby have caused all of the available facilitators to be unavailable leaving us without a location for the month of August (and nobody to facilitate discussion).
With that said we still encourage all of you to get together with each other – maybe grab some pizza or do happy hour together. If you are available to do that we recommend going to “Great Northern” for happy hour from 3PM – 5PM. Or you can use the twitter post here to organize among yourselves.
We’ll be back in September!
Friday, July 27th, 3:00pm – 5:00pm MST (or whenever we want the party to end)
It’s time again to gather around a beverage and share our favorite (or most horrifying) war stories. Did “your friend” accidentally deploy software to the wrong battlefront? Did you get down in the trenches of OSD and come out on the other side alive with awesome tips and tricks that you can’t wait to share? Have you been deep in the war room strategizing your next moves and want to solicit some advice? It’s all welcome and we expect conversations of all types to be happening around the table.
We’ll meet at Great Northern Tavern (which is just 2 klicks away from the Microsoft office) for eats and drinks. Happy Hour begins at 3PM and runs until 7PM (but we’ll “officially” end at 5PM).
Please register in advance so that we can get an appropriately sized table!
