I just donwloaded the QWERTYPersian keyboard solution and was able to produce the word کتاب

which is a major victory for me!

Does anyone know of a chart or list that provides the correpondence between the QWERTYPersian keyboard and the Persian letters produced?

Congratulations!
Open "System Preferences", click on "International", then "Input Menu" and enable "Keyboard Viewer".
Then click on input menu and "Show Keyboard Viewer".

Open System Preferences, click on International. then Input Menu and enable Keyboard Viewer. Then click the menu entry, which shows Keyboard Viewer.
