Today (On 30.07) Nisus published a new Beta Version of "Nisus Writer Express" with RTL Support. Here are the changes:

Changes for beta 2
Fixed crash when adding new styles.
Fixed some menus (like the Highlighters menu) being empty when opening Express by double clicking a file.
Can change style used in New Document preferences pane without crashing.
Fixed some cases where font would be substituted when original font would have worked (eg: Hebrew vowels).
Drag dropping text always selects just after the drop location.
Deleting a table no longer crashes.
Fixed hang when searching in document with notes (or editing in document with lists and notes).
Attributes applied directly to Nisus New File (like language) are properly shown in the New Document preferences pane.
Text copied to clipboard no longer has an additional newline afterwards.
Fixed crash when indenting list bullet in certain cases.
Fixed crash during column/table resize.
Custom list format cells no longer bleed into document text.
Fixed crash when switching tabs in list palette.
"next" paragraph styles work in table cells.
Fixed some footnote redisplay issues.
Table and text always redrawn/repositioned properly during editing.
Sections palette shows new section number immediately after inserting the break.
Can change paragraph attributes for the whole paragraph when the caret is after a soft return.
Deleting a table in a bulleted list no longer causes list bullets to merge.
Can change font size on automatic numbers with no custom font set (eg: font is default).
Fixed page scrolling in some cases when the cursor was already visible.
Fixed some crashes on undoing/redoing changes made in a header/footer.
List style is properly cleared on new paragraphs when switching to a "next" style.
Deleting list bullets generated by a user style in an otherwise empty paragraph no longer can cause crashes.
